Our services

We make every workplace moment matter

The work life is constantly changing and so are the expectations people have of the places where they choose to work and of their employers. We aim to help our customers develop and deliver tailored workplace experiences that enable, simplify and engage people in their daily work life; and we aim to make them truly sustainable while doing it.

The modern Nordic workplace in numbers

We asked 1,300 employees and decision makers in the Nordics about their different needs in the post pandemic workplace. Here are some of our findings.

36%
36% of employees in the Nordics are ready to change job if there are no workplace improvements.
52%
52% of decision makers in the Nordics are struggling with getting people back to the office.
40%
40% of office space was underutilized already before the pandemic. That number is now expected to increase.

The work life is changing

The work life is constantly changing and so are the expectations people have of the places they choose to work and of their employers. Our yearly report “Join the Workplace Revolution” shows that certain areas stand out regarding how Nordic employees and decision-makers view their workplaces.

“36% of employees are prepared to change jobs if no improvements occur in the office in the next two years”.

The modern employee expects more
Overall, 69% of employees are generally happy with their workplace today and many see that their workplace has an important role to play in their futures. However, in the wake of the pandemic, almost 4 in 10 employees expect full work location flexibility and many expect better office experiences in the immediate future in order to return and stay.

The employer's balancing act
How do you achieve a balance between the needs of the business, the environment and the employees? Our study shows that different companies have different approaches to flexible work; however, most have already adopted a flexible work model. At the same time, one in two companies experience challenges in achieving a desired office presence and a majority are planning structural changes to their workplaces in order to adapt to the new flexible work reality.
