The CX Challenge

How can we create better service experiences that lead to the happiest, healthiest and most prosperous workplace environments in the Nordic region? This was the question which ignited this year’s Innovation challenge, “The CX Challenge”. In the innovation challenge, Coor employees from all the Nordic countries pitch their most promising innovation to a jury and can potentially receive seed funding to take the idea further.

Spurred by the pandemic as well as technological progress, the workplace is currently undergoing a dramatic transformation. Many companies are now asking themselves how their future workplace will look and feel like, and in turn what kind of services which are needed to make the vision come to life.

The CX Challenge generated more than 300 ideas, and five of the most promising ones of these were chosen to be developed further and prepared for a pitch. This all culminated in a final ‘dragon’s den’ style event, where Coor had invited our customer Christian Göttsche from PostNord, the innovation expert Lisa Lindström and one of our board members and senior vice president from Storebrand Heidi Skaaret to join us in assessing the ideas and give feedback to all the pitches.

At Coor, we like to say that change is in our DNA. Constantly working on improving our service experiences through innovation is a big part of our culture, and it is precisely this that we are now benefiting from. Not only are we taking the lead in pushing the industry forward – we love doing so. The CX Challenge is one of the ways we are innovating the FM industry.
