Coor signs new IFM agreement with OP

Coor and OP have signed a new nationwide IFM agreement. Coor is responsible for delivering services for OP locations around Finland. Coor provides workplace services and cleaning and property services with a team of nearly 100 employees.

– The agreement between Coor and OP is built on clear common goals and values. As a service provider, we want to support OP in succeeding its strategic goals. The development and implementation of digital and responsible service solutions are key areas of our cooperation. The new contract with OP also further strengthens our position as a nationwide service provider of integrated facility management. The size of our team responsible for the services, about 100 Coor employees, illustrates the broad scope of our co-operation, says Marcus Karsten, President at Coor Finland.

Starting 1 May 2020, Coor will be responsible for providing services to OP’s headquarters in Vallila, Helsinki as well as to locations in Tampere, Kuopio, Oulu and Vaasa.

Improving user experience at the heart of co-operation

Together with OP, Coor strives to develop and bring workplace and property services to a new level of digitalisation in order to improve user experience and satisfaction at work. OP’s transition to a self-managed operating model also challenges Coor to adjust its ways of working and develop its workplace, cleaning and property services to be more agile.

– It is important to us that our service partner is genuinely involved in the transition we launched last year towards a better employee and customer experience, as well as improved efficiency. Our new agile mode of operation also calls for responsibility, flexibility and commitment to our reforms from Coor as our service provider. We believe that Coor has all the prerequisites to meet our needs and offer new, innovative ideas and solutions to improve OP’s employee and customer experience from the perspective of a service provider, says Anne Koskela, Head of Property and Facility Management for OP.
