Trainings and courses

Most of all learning takes place in everyday life. You and your colleagues learn from each other when you share your knowledge, receive challenging tasks, and solve problems together. We have both networks and mentoring programs and improvement culture. But we also offer continuous future-proofed development, not least in the form of various e-learnings, gamification, and an extensive range of physical training.

Sometimes we accelerate learning by focusing and setting aside time to develop knowledge and skills in a specific area - then training and courses where experts teach and help you grow are suitable. Below is a selection of our courses.

Onboarding

Everyone who starts at Coor goes through an introduction, planned together with your manager. You learn how to work safely and how to work to deliver quality. But the introduction is only the beginning of the development we will do together. When you start working, you will eventually find out what you need to learn more about and perhaps which new areas you want to develop in. 

Basic training

We offer training such as Code of Conduct, GDPR, Office 365, security training, first aid, threats and conflict management, fire protection, self-protection, and traffic training. 

Lead and collaborate

Learn or deepen your competencein, for example, Microsoft Teams, Onenote, self-leadership, leading digital workshops, meetings, and rhetorics. 

Competence-enhancing training

You can learn everything from project management, business, and service school to law, property automation, operational optimization, energy efficiency, and much in between.

Leaders and managers

We surely have the best leaders. They are committed, inspiring and motivating. At Coor, we believe that you can develop both as a person and as a colleague. A job at Coor means the opportunity to gain more responsibility for you who show curiosity and joy in learning and delivering. Several of our managers have started their careers in customer delivery.

Coor Business School

Coor Business School is a training for our managers and specialists to grow and share knowledge of how to contribute to Coor's continued success. We also see it as an opportunity to strengthen our business network. The training lasts for three days and is much appreciated.

We embrace our employees through Coor service school to share and grow knowledge between contracts, regions, and business units. In addition, we aim to create a unified view of service and in-depth training focusing on our service delivery and customer service.
